The film screened at the Sundance festival 2001, it has been released in the US, UK, France, Germany and Scandinavia. He also co-wrote January 2nd, a comedy feature for Matt Winn which screened at festivals over the world.

In February 2005, he led a Writers Gym workshop as part of the Scenario festival at the Institut Francais. Using this experience, he developed the Writers Gym into an evening class to help new writers find their voice, develop ideas, writing habits and stretch the mental muscles you need for writing screenplays.

With his partner, Johnny Guim, he produced Cosmica, a cabaret club in Turnmills Top Floor, introducing new talent with live music. In November 2007, they put on The Boy From Brazil as part of the Gaywise festival, a 20-minute showcase for a full length musical of the same name that they are currently developing.
