Ellis and his partner, singer Johnny Guim run Cosmica a jazz cabaret club which presents new performers to the stage in an unique party atmosphere.

The shows are upbeat, uplifting, accompanied by dancing to party music from acclaimed Brazilian DJ, Rogerocks. Over two years, Cosmica has created a devoted following.
